Disaster Recovery Procedure

In the event the 2 Bloor Street West Office is unusable:

Where to work In the event the Toronto office is unusable your manager will call you to inform you to go to the Disaster Recovery site which is at Sungard Availability services, 1800 Argentia Road, Mississauga, Ontario, L5N 3K3.
If your manager agrees however you could work from home or wherever you have access to a computer and phone.
Email If you just want to check email click here
Phone To forward your phone to your home phone please call Rick or James (numbers below) otherwise it will be forwarded to the new office.
Work from home

To get to your files, use SAP or get access to other programs your home PC does not have.
